The hotel has a great location, being quite close to the center and just a few minutes' walk away from the boardwalk on the beach. the rooms are comfortable with great views over the Black Sea. the staff is friendly and helpful.
Some guests have reported issues with the lifts, which can be overcrowded and slow at times.

Enjoyed a romantic getaway with my partner and had a good time. the breakfast was a highlight and offered a good selection of dishes. We had a room with a stunning view that overlooked the sea, and it was a great way to wake up every morning. Plus, the location was perfect as it was close to the beach and other key attractions.
The walls in the room were thin, and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly at night. the elevators were extremely slow, and we had to wait for a long time for them.

We had an amazing stay at Sea Galaxy Hotel Congress & Spa. The location was perfect and we had a fantastic view from our balcony on the 11th floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and checked us in immediately, even though we arrived early. The daily cleaning and towel changes were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked well and we had no issues connecting. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
